In the weather portion, select the Menu/Delete and a list of locations will come up. On the right of the screen put a red "X" in the location/s you want to delete.

I have done that. Akron does show in the list when I go to weather but when I go to applications and click the closk which brings up the desk clock the weather it shows is for Akron.

I am getting a force close when I send a text message. Also the delivery notification is not working. I am also having problems with contact ring tones. I set it but the default ringtone plays instead of the one for the contact. Has anyone seen this?

I'm confused... Are you having issues or just reporting that you haven't had time to let people know of your thoughts? If you need help can you be more specific (although I don't think you do).

No I am not having problems. I just wanted to add my two cents worth that the update worked just fine and I was/am a happy camper. The only issue that came up was at the end when I had the message to reboot and had to figure out that pressing the roller ball did the trick.

Yeah, I think I might have hit it by mistake trying to figure out what to do. I didn't know that was what did the trick but at least it rebooted.

You confused me there buddy. If Akron is listed then delete it.

This is very buggy to me. There are MANY things that do not work properly... Too many to list. I really hope that this is NOT the actual release. I only have a couple (yes 2) contact ringtones and they have not called me so I can't verify that I have the same issue there. My custom default ringtone on my sdcard works fine though. I use Handcent SMS so other that suggesting that I can add that there are bugs with it & the OS too. I get non-delivery errors - hit resend, more errors - hit resend then I get several copies actually sent.

Very buggy.
