For some reason, the only website that suddenly does not work on my GNex stock mobile browser is twitter.com. I type it into the url box and it acts like its starting to load, but then in the far left of where the address is listed, and mini twitter logo shows up, there is a pad lock over it. I've gone into settings and cleared cache and cookies. I am able to get the sign in page for twitter to pop up, but then i sign in and the same thing happens. I've reset my password and tried and still same result. My twitter client works just fine (I use Tweet Caster), but the mobile version won't work. Anything else I'm overlooking?

And by the way, all other websites work on my browser.

Ok, figured one more thing out but still not solving my problem. When I bring up the browser menu and check "Request Desktop Site", the full website pops up (even though that lock is still above the twitter logo in the url box). But I'd rather not keep that setting checked because I don't want every website to come up in desktop format. I then went and unchecked it and it reloads the page and its blank again.

Wow, I just logged in to report this same issue. I have tried it on the stock browser and on Dolphin, and they both do the same thing. I have cleared defaults, caches, everything. I'm rooted and running Tranquilice v.7.0c. I am also using the Nova Launcher, but have tried other launches and the same thing happens. Hopefully someone can give us a tip because this is really weird and frustrating!

The mobile site loads and logs on fine here. The padlock over the favicon is supposed to be there, by the way. It's a quick visual cue letting you know that particular page is using https.
