The guys over at Gtvhacker.com are currently running an online petition to open the Revue boot-loader and are asking for everyone's help. You may or may not be familiar with the Logitech Revue, the first iteration of the GoogleTV platform. This sucker is locked down tighter then Ft. Knox and no one has even been able to achieve software root (hardware root was obtained on the first firmware version only). Now Logitech is exiting the GTV business and the Revue will certainty be left behind to collect dust. The online petition, located is asking Logitech to unlock this encrypted boot-loader so the community can keep the device alive. (Full disclosure: I have two Revues and have been semi-active in the GTV IRC channel for awhile). So far they have collected about 250 signatures with a goal of 1000, but the more the better. Please take a couple minutes out of your day and sign the petition.
