So basically i got a Droid phone, when i powered it on, it went into the

"bootloader 2c,7c

Batter OK
Ok to Program
Transfer Mode:
USB"

...screen. So i dont know what it was running before. Because i got the phone turned it on and it went right into that screen. So after 2 days of researching, i flashed (using the RSD lite) the phone to "clockwork" from the "stock recovery" and then after "clockwork" to "SPRecovery" (which i have right now). Basically my problem is that i can't boot the phone to actually use it. It powers on right into the "bootloader screen"
So i had no clue what to do, so i did the "update.zip" which i found out that it roots the phone, so now its flashed to "SPRecovery" and "rooted", but when i "reboot the phone" it still goes to Bootloader screen. So what do i do? please help.

How about using RSD Lite to sbf to a stock img. Not only clockwork.

Everything you need is here...

Are you pressing the proper buttons to enter clockworkmod recovery (pwr+x)?

The only reason a device will boot to a bootloader screen is if the flash process failed. It will either boot to a bootloader or a triangle with a ! In the middle of it.

I would rsdlite to frg22d. Peteralfonso has a website containing every sbf for the ogdroid.

Good luck.

Thanks guys for respond to my post, well i apparantly i phrased myself wrong, and didn't know much at the time i created this thread. Now i understand how it all works alot better, but i still have the problem.

I used RSD lite to flash my phone,i used that SBF
"VZW_A855_ESD20_QSC6085BP_C_01.3B.01P_SW_UPDATE.sbf"
Which as i understood to be the most stock one for the Droid,i got it from "Sholes" just as you advised me above, which i need. It started flashing, and on with the process, but then at 99% it stops and says
"Phone[00000]: Error switching phone to BP Pass through mode [0x70BE]; phone connected"
Am i using the wrong SBF file? or what?
Thanks

Don't give up. Do you have the latest verison of RSD Lite? Have you tried a different usb port? What about a different cable? Updated drivers? You can uninstall everything, and try from scratch.

Keep trying and maybe a different download or an earlier sbf file.

Are you manually entering into the bootloader screen? If not, power down phone (battery pull), Then slide open keyboard and while holding up on the directional pad, power up the phone. Try sbf'ing from there.

Junior thanks for your high concern for this matter, you're really raising my hopes. I guess ill try and doing what you suggested. Because i really dont think that its a hardware problem otherwise it wouldn't even load up from what i understand. So maybe i am doing something wrong....... AHHH.. BUUTTT WHHATT???
Another step into this is what ill have to do then. thanks a bunch!
