My Droid X started "winking out" every 30 seconds or so. No matter what app is running, the screen regenerates every 30 seconds or so. I've pulled the battery, powered it off and on, etc. I cannot determine what has changed. Any suggestions? Thanks - Joe

Are you rooted and running a custom rom?

No rooting. Standard off-the-shelf phone.

That is very interesting. How long have you had the phone? If it is still under warranty I recommend getting a replacement. If not I then recommend rooting it and flashing a custom rom to see if that helps. Or if you dont want to do that you can always try a factory reset.
