motoblur problem

hello,i have get a motorola flipout from one friend but it's having a problem...the moto blur it's deleted and when the phone is on a message that the proccess com.motorola.blur.service.main. has been ended
i have downloaded the moto blur from here,but i don't know the directory of this programm.
