Cannot get this to install, it starts to and then quits. Is there something I am missing?

ClockworkMod Recovery 1.6.9 and Koush's CyanogenMod 5.0.4.2. I put it on the sdcard and went to install zip from sdcard. clicked on the zip file and it starts working, but doesn't do anything. I also tried to rename it update.zip and apply sdcard:update.zip and that didn't work. That was with the 1.2 kernel. Trying the 1.1 now.

I am not getting anywhere near these linpack scores. I am getting 10.2 at the highest on the 1200mhz kernel. battery is much hotter than the one that came with the ROM. I don't think I am doing anything wrong here... any ideas?

Yeah the 1.1 isn't working either. It says finding update package, opening update package, installing update package, then it goes back to the main recovery page.

Oh I see. Do you know, what makes the difference between what clockworkmod and SPRecovery will install. Trying to see if I can make some other kernels work as well.

@roberj13---those I uploaded work on sprecovery...check in a few minutes for clockworkrecovery updates

Thanks that clears up it not working on clockwork. Will wait for the update. Is it ok if I put the kernels as a attachment on your thread @ droidforums?

Anyway to add a slot between 250 and 600? Would love a 400 for sleep standby or a min or 400.
