U have restored my faith in humanity. :mrgreen And hope that Froyo is gonna be here soon: either officially or in a ROM.

And I dont like that bounce in the menus. I favor a certain launcher app cuz I can turn off the first/last page bounce. I dont want it in the menus too...lol

Depending on which pre-release version of Froyo it is odds are yes there are things not working. The device I saw and had my hands on had a few things that were not working at the time correctly at the time.

How come it only benchmarks at 17-18mflops at 1.2 ghz? I thought n1 got like 37.
Also, you got froyo overclocked!!!! I want that! I demand you release it now!! Please.
Any idea on when us regular Joe's will see it?

Well, I am wondering if those kernels are p3 'tainted' for temps and if so what kind of temps he's getting from that 1.2 kernel (if its stable)

^^^^Don't we all me included, but I'm sure we all would like it fully functioning also tho which I'm sure is what is holding things up. I know on the Droid I saw running Froyo was not fully functioning seeing as it was a early test build of Froyo running on the Droid. Moto still has a lot of work to do before Froyo even gets put on any device they have out now or coming in the next few months. I was told recently the Shadow and Droid 2 are not even releasing with Froyo because it is not done yet, but the devices are close to be ready for release.

I know someone over at droidmod that has it. His test was from March(aka BEFORE I/O) and it basically SUCKS. But that was two months ago :p

Yea I know who it is over there I think. And back then yea it did blow. It was probably version FRE70 from back then tho. Many updates since then and it still has a long way to go, but when finished it will be well worth it tho.

Well..'tainted ' would mean one you've had a hand in tweaking in this instance. I ask since I keep seeing all these 'cooler ' kernels popping up and giving you credit in one form or another :-)
