Welcome to MyDroidWorld!!!!!

Go into Astro File Manager settings and check box for "enable browser downloads" and the download will work. Worked like a charm for me. ;)

Intalled and working perfectly. Thank you very much MDW! I find it slower on native browser when a page contains flash. This i can live with however.
Hit me up will help if I can

Okay...feeling dumb here. Did the Froyo for non-rooted users today so I thought I would try the flash install. Downloaded and installed, but for the life of me I cannot get the browser to do anything when entering "about:debug" in it (without quotes I know). It just doesn't do anything?! OH HEY....nevermind. Not needed I guess. It's in Settings waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay down at the bottom. Good thing I checked before completely finishing this post.

Now if I can just get Maps to install from the market I'll be set.

edit: okay I know why I was confused...I was expecting something like Firefox on the desktop, when you type in "about:config" there you get an actual page with all those settings. That's what I was waiting for.

probably because the official string that's being passed to the market isn't FRF57, but the masked one (to protect the innocent-ish). Until we get an "official" froyo or someone works out this minor bug, it won't be visible.

Chrome-to-phone is pretty cool, though, eh?

the video is often times choppy and behind the audio for me. I'm using dolphin browser hd. has anyone compared flash performance in that compared to the stock browser?

I still cant get flash to work. can anyone give detailed DUMMY instructions on how to install this properly? I've even tried downloading Bugless beast on ROM Manager that should already have the flash enabled, and i can't get it to work. And i can't find Astro File manger in the market anywhere.

Thanks but its ok now. There is one out now that works. Appreciate the response.

There is a new version of Flash, that xda link is the new version, but the version number actually ends with 72.4. And Hulu is good, its stil blocking us.

after i downloaded Astro, i also put the entire file folder for PDF-Flash on the SD card (i didn't put it in any folders or rename it) when you go into astro, you find the folder, open it and click install on the actual APK file. second later, i could stream live radio and videos. But i am still getting that error mentioned above about Hulu saying the video is not available on my platform. Adobe Flash Player 10.1, version 10.1.61.68. I tried the Hulu widget and i also just tried to go directly to Hulu.com and kept getting that error. I'm thinking there must be a different version of Flash i need to get Hulu to work. But websites i visit that use flash for their sites work just fine. I went on ESPN and SHO to try to watch videos from there and it works. But hulu is being a lil biotch
