thats what the boot animation is. its just a series of .pngs. someone actually had posted this a little while ago. I have the Droid X wallpaper *the standard x that is shown in most of the ads* and a customized *property of [my name] and a loading anim* droid x boot animation on my droid. and i'm running froyo at 1.25ghz. I'm pretty happy and dont feel the need to get a droid x until someone roots AND figures out a way to install custom roms on it. Maybe after froyo is released for it I'll give it a try. Or maybe I'll hold out till the NEXT next generation of droid comes out :) I've had my droid since launch and its still runnin strong. Gets better quadrant scores than my buddy's nexus one. I'm pretty happy with it.
Currently running a Moto Droid:
-Android 2.2 Froyo :emo_im_winking:
-Smoked Glass Rom with Chevyno1 ULV 1.2ghz kernel
