How to delete OTA Update Downloaded By Accident

I deleted from the downloads folder, but I continue to get a message indicating that it has been downloaded and is ready to install. Where else might it be located? When I sort files and directories by date, I'm not seeing anything that looks suspicious.

How do I remove the downloaded update?
