I just remembered that and came back to post. If you go into the SuperUser app, then Settings. Scroll to the bottom and the "su binary" or similar. Tap it and let it download the most updated version. Good to go!
This didn't do anything on my phone, another ideas? I tried to dl from market also and no go either.
Update: So I went to rom manager and downloaded 2.3.1, older version and installed it and now its working fine for me.
Installed fine. Updated SU and that's good. Didn't have any boot image on lock screen problems. Vibrate/silent slider works again!
Now, just a little thing I do, I always reboot my phone a few times after new rom...after 3rd boot I know see the boot image on lock screen...takes up bottom half of screen. Not a biggie since I always hit the lock button anyway to let auto brightness start, but hopefully this can be fixed.
Anyway p3droid, donation coming when I get my next check. Great work.
Installed over 2.3.9

Install instructions:
This is a new style of install for me and the Droid community in general. The update.zip format will only remove those files necessary to install itself, if your phone is odexed, it will deodex it for you and install. It has a very small footprint because it is only installing what is necessary.
1) DO NOT WIPE YOU PHONE, DO NOT FORMAT THE SYSTEM.
2) in your app drawer have bootstrap recovery restart your phone in recovery.
3) Follow these steps exactly:
i. select install zip from sdcard
ii. select choose zip from sdcard
iii. navigate to Tranquility.zip and press the camera button
iv. reboot phone

as Rubi has a different set of features, I would suggest you download the deodexed 2.3.15 and run it to wipe out Rubi, then install this.
It would seem then your install process should mention something to this measure so everyone else does not run into this problem.
I flashed/nandroided (same thing? lemme know) back to 2.3.15 Deodexed (with Black Glass Deodexer Rom) and then up to TranQ 3.0 and it works just fine.
My problem still exists that I want my data back... :(
Can I restore just data with Rom Manager and have it all work out or is it gonna screw it up because its a restore data from rubiX 1.0?

You should be able to just advanced restore the data.
Installed and running. Now I have to go tell my wife, she did not win the logo contest she has been bugging me about. LOL I have to hurry up and switch it out to her's
Edit: checking for new su in superuser.apk fixed the notifications.
Bootlogo changed, undervolted running...test time :)
