To install the above files you need to follow these directions:

1) boot phone into recovery
2) go to mounts and storage
3) format system
4) mount system
5) install zip from sdcard
6) choose zip from sdcard
7) find and install zip
8) reboot your device

We were just going to release just the system SBF but we have decided to go all out on this one. So with that being said here is the 2.3.20 FULL SBF file.

If you are not familiar on how to use RSDLite here is a brief overview

Switch your device to PC mode
Turn on debugging mode (settings>applications>development>debugging mode)
Launch RSDLite (make sure device appears in window)
Select SBF
Start

Device will switch to bootloader and begin the flashing process and will reboot when it is complete.

Also, can anyone confirm if the baseband or kernel was updated? Someone was saying that it was, and if it's not then there would be no reason to flash it if coming from a custom ROM, just trying to save some time.

Wow, this is going to be awesome. Major props to your guys! Just curious - Can I keep using RSDLite 4.7 + patch? Or does this somehow require 4.8? Is 4.8 better?

System only not working. is the full SBF still uploading?

You will need RSD Lite 4.8 or later for this file.

The update.zip versions are rooted.

The SBFs are not rooted and will unroot your phone.

So whats up with all these rumors about not going back to your sbf after you have flashed this rom?...Is this something I should be worried about, or does it only apply to rooted folks receiving the OTA update? Any help would be much appreciated

if you install the ota update and try to sbf to the older version you will have a new shiny brick... if you dont have root your more than likely not gonna be sbfing lol

How come i can't get the SYSTEM ONLY sdl to work?? im bricked and stuck at bootloader and windows isn't recongizing my phone as a955 it's saying its a "S flash" or whatever

when you plug it in with bootloader it always shows up as s flash... you can still try to flash with the system sbf.. prolly wont work..wait for the full system sbf to get uploaded.. then you should be able to sbf back to stock 2.3.20

Anyone rooted on 2.2.20 got the OTA for 2.3.20 and still able to keep root? I'm wondering if it will break su and if the same steps/files (rage.bin) can be used for the latest version?

Been at "uploading" since late Thursday night, so there may be some issues they are working through...
