Finally got this update finished. This Blurless ROM is based off of the recent release of 2.3.2 for the D2. All blur has been removed except BlurCalendar, BlurContacts, BlurPhone and BlurCamera.

I spent quite a bit of time adding over 600 new images to this ROM. All apk's have been zipaligned and optimized for performance.

DarkSlide v2 - HERE

Fixed:
Voice Search now works
Auto-Rotation fixed

Install:
Download ROM and place on your sdcard
You must be rooted to install either of these
Bootstrap recovery (clockwork)
Mount System
Install zip from sdcard
choose zip from sdcard
select whichever ROM you downloaded
Install
Reboot
Enjoy!

Thanks to p3, 928Droid, Natemz, Eugene373, ~rori, Fabolous and all the other devs that have dedicated their time and effort to the Android community!

Hey BBCrackman, thanks for your hard work! Looks great and runs fast. Few things I noticed in the short time I've been running the blurless version. Launcher and Launcher Pro will not rotate into landscape mode, SU having issues remembering preferences until app updated from market and binaries updated within app, and no messaging app included. Installed following directions in OP and came from stock-rooted-bootstrapped 2.3.15.

No donation link? Your rom is awesome and the forum support you show is just great. I'd like to donate but I couldn't see a link.

ROM is best I have used so far!! Actually both yours have been top notch. So much smoother and responsive. Have mine over clocked at 1.3ghz with no issues! Thanks!!

This is the Champ of all the ROMs so far, certainly for speed. I got no clue why it out-quadrants all the rest, but it does. Very snappy.

I've had no issues at all (nice quick fixes BB!) and the overall thematic approach is just my cup of tea. I didn't expect to find the two together. Excellent work!!

How do you get to the spot you are at in the third image? I apologize if this is a dumb question, I'm fairly new to the rom scene. Thanks in advance.

If you loaded the rom that is the transparent power widget, press and hold your screen until the widget box pops up. Then select the power widget. The other two icons are an app called quick boot and is available in the market for free.

So why is there only three launch icons? Is that the regular launcher program? I apologize once again for sounding dumb. And thanks for the first part, that wasexactly what I was looking for.

Ahh, the laucher is a free app from the market, completely customisable - Launcher Pro
