You are absolutely correct with net talk it does not connect with google voice at all. It is just a quick fix until i can figure out another free one for honeycomb. There might be a setting in the app to fix back ground noise.

If you cant get it to work then i suggest it costs 5 dollars but it takes care of everything for you.

Groop Ip costs a little to buy. Still hold hope that there is a free dialer for honeycomb. #26 ONLINEPosted 01 January 2012 - 09:49 AM

Not to hijack.....but I have a question about free calls......
If i were to use the google voice android app and make a call using that app with my cell phone, would my calls to Canada be free? I ask because when using the app by itself it uses my plans phone minutes. How about to receive calls using that app on my cell? Yes, i know i could use grooveip (and i do use it) but that is for another topic. Thanks. #30 ONLINEPosted 06 January 2012 - 10:47 PM
If you use the google voice app by it self it will always use your cell phone minutes but if you follow my tutorial you will be able to make free calls thats why I wrote it up

Lol, yeah i got all of that. Your tutorial was a good write up.
I use grooveip along with google voice. Groove has been acting weird since the last update so that is why i asked my question(s). Sent from my DROIDX using Tapatalk #32 ONLINEPosted 12 January 2012 - 10:35 AM
