for those with the stall on radio with error status 7
a data wipe after the install should solve your problem, no need to reinstall anything afterward Liberty 2.0.1, Apex 2, Zapx, Zombiestomped #44 OFFLINEPosted 15 June 2011 - 12:26 AM BrentBlend said: for those with the stall on radio with error status 7 a data wipe after the install should solve your problem, no need to reinstall anything afterward Niiccceee going in. Okay so I'm just wondering, is this like SBF'ing or what? Because I flashed my phone to cricket and I'm just wondering if I will need to reflash after applying this zip. Not to big of a problem I just need to know because I want to know if it'll take me forever because of the annoying flashing.

So is it not recommended to install any of the CM7 themes?

My big question before trying this beta ....
If we make a nandroid (from the pre-rooted .596) and then install CM7, can we use the CM7 recovery to switch back to the nandroid of .596? #52 OFFLINEPosted 15 June 2011 - 04:50 AM
The Monster.zip for the radio will be located on my SD card after installing CM correct? I shouldn't have to download it?

what is the easiest way to install gapps?

Ok being reading with interest and I am sooo looking forward to CM7, but I have to have a my phone for work. I am reading about hitting the power button to get into recovery...I have tried different things but can't seem to figure it out to get into recovery using this method. (I hope this makes sense LOL I have someone talking in my ear about BS while typing this LOL)
Thanks #60 OFFLINEPosted 15 June 2011 - 05:51 AM
That is how you get into recovery on CM7 now. That's why bootstrap is no longer needed for this ROM. At least that's how I read it in the OP. Maybe I was wrong.
