Will there be a clear lockscreen option? The locks screen on any rom drives me nuts. It like a must have. Well maybe not a must but really needed.

BBC for what it's worth, I have not had a FC with Gmail. Just the market so far. Everything else is smooth and clean for me.

I already miss the crt on/off animation though. Something so small but I really liked that.

i use launcher pro and love it..i have also hear good things about go launcher

Great Rom, No gmail issues here, same market issue as everyone else, only other thing is now no Led notifications for text with Handcent.. havent seen anyone else report that, so maybe its just mine.

I like the ADW launcher, because there are A TON of themes out there for it, both free and paid. The paid ones are mostly 99 cents, so how can you go wrong? I'd particularly recommend the DarkIce theme, as it has some really cool icons.

Now that you say that, i dont have LED notifucations either on txt messages and i use go sms, i also dont get them for emails

So is it best to use the 2 part zip from mdw to install gingerbread rooted clean then install darkslide after?
