I have the same issue. If I use a different google account it works so it seems to be with account.

YEEEEESSSS!!!! If any of you find a fix, please let me know. I have tried new ROMs, Titanium Backup Restores, clearing the data from "Manage Apps." I just did a full SBF from Liberty RC-1 to 602. Clean SBF, cleared the "settings" cache prior to D2 BootStrap. Wiped Data, Cache and Dalvik. then went into Recovery. Still.......my market app. shows only a white screen on the "my apps." section and I have to accept the "Terms of Use" every time I open it. It's like my Market cache is cleared every tiime I open it. Anybody find any thing out yet? Thanks. I'm trying to find a fix online right now, but no luck. If I find anything, I'll post and let you guys know. I'm mainly on "DroidXForums", but I'll keep looking and let you guys know. Thanks again for your help.

Ok after a couple of days with Verizon and google I discovered that my phones meid no longer matched from under the battery to what it says under settings/about phone and Verizon had a different one in their system so there was 3 different meids. Verizon is sending me a new phone now.
