Bionic stock boot logo

Well, I have the solution!
As I expected, the boot logo was causing it. I had to download the full FXZ, which I found to be overkill since I just wanted to flash the logo (ha ha ha). I extracted the logo from it, flashed it, and now my phone is completing the update as I type this.
For those of you in the same boat:
As always, I am not responsible for stupid mistakes. Try at your own risk.
Extract the archive somewhere that's easy to access. I use C:\phonestuffs.
Reboot the phone into AP Fastboot mode (from off state, hold both vol +/- buttons and turn on, use the - to change selection and + to select).
Run the included "fixlogo.bat"
That's it! You'll see the logo as the phone reboots.
I'll keep working on this guy to perfect it, but this should do the trick.

Did you extract the ZIP or did you just move it there?
Is your phone in Fastboot mode?
Please attach a screenshot with the CMD window and your C:\phonestuffs folder.
here is a screen shot after i tried that...i have no idea how to fix this or get around it. help please!? :D PART_1324668295413.jpg 40.52kb 13

I am not responsible for you breaking your phone.
These instructions work if followed correctly. It takes some practice and the colors don't always work out, but it should work. I also updated my post with a new zip file, try flashing a logo and if it doesn't work try the new, easier-to-use zip (I included all the files and made a .bat so it'll run the commands for you)! =)
