I think this is; pretty good battery life. Moderate to heavy use with nfc and GPS turned off, stock rom rooted, and I have the extended battery.

Why are you guys claiming this to be good battery stats when your not even using the phone?
If your first 4 processes used are.. Screen OS Idle standby... your not using the phone moderate to heavy usage, no offense. #4 OFFLINEPosted 27 December 2011 - 03:06 PM Formeriphoney said: Why are you guys claiming this to be good battery stats when your not even using the phone? Tell me what my first 4 processes should be Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk #5 OFFLINEPosted 27 December 2011 - 07:39 PM
If it was heavy use, idle would be a few percent less than 8. that's just moderate usage there. but still not bad for being on 4G

#11 OFFLINEPosted 08 January 2012 - 06:11 PM ![]() ![]() What am I doing wrong here? I'm on Franco's kernel and aokp build 14. Not over clocked 4g is off nfc is off except when I used Google wallet for the first time today and I normally keep my brightness all the way down. thread fail. nobody mentioned whether they had a HSPA+ or LTE G Nexus. /smh
only one person attached actual on-screen time. lol... #13 OFFLINEPosted 15 January 2012 - 01:27 AM
I get 5 hours with moderate usage on 4g. I think it's funny when people say they get great battery life. Wake up people, with any 4G LTE phone, "great battery life" doesn't exist. I'm on aokp milestone 2, kang bang kernel, stock battery.

If you turn your screen on for more then 5 minutes Screen will be the first process. I'm on the CDMA GN doing probably a 70/30 split of WiFi/4G I don't have the screenshots right now but my typical "good" battery life is: 14 hours total time 1:45 minute screeen on time 3 hour-ish Android OS awake time That consisted of about an hour and a half of streaming music via hype!, 30-45 minutes of Words With Friends, 15 minutes of calling and maybe 50 gTalk/text messages among the regular time checks and random quick internet searches. I am rooted on GummyNex 0.5 with the latest LeanKernal and have the stock OEM battery. I can get around 3 hours of screen off syncing per 10% battery. I can get around 1 hour of little screen use with music streaming per 10% battery. I usually try to push it to 2 hours of light use per 10% battery but get ahead of myself when I'm home and have a charger available. Overall its not stellar but its far from debilitating. EDIT:
